One of the main reasons that people love staying at the Beach Club is its feature pool, Stormalong Bay. The 3-acre pool is really more like a mini water park with its lazy river, whirlpool spas, sandy beach, and 230-foot long shipwreck-themed slide, the Flying Jib.
However, Stormalong Bay will be under refurbishment from January 2025 until June 2025. If you’re lucky enough to find availability at the Beach Club, there’s still lots to enjoy about the Beach Club without access to Stormalong Bay.
Location
The Beach Club is one of the best places to be on your EPCOT days, especially during festivals. While the BoardWalk is also walking distance to EPCOT and Riviera is just a Skyliner ride away, the Beach Club is hands down the closest to EPCOT among all the DVC resorts.
