Earlier today, news surfaced about another buyback by DVC, suggesting this ROFR activity may be part of a strategic move to influence the market before sales of the new Polynesian DVC Tower begin.

According to the latest DVC ROFR report from our friends at DVC Resale Market, there’s been an unexpected surge in buybacks for Polynesian contracts recently. Despite witnessing only one contract being bought back in March 2024 at DVC Resale Market, the broader DVC community has observed at least three additional contracts being snapped up by Disney, unmistakably hinting at the “ROFR Monster’s” renewed appetite for Polynesian contracts.
