DVC has moved one step closer to selling points at the upcoming Polynesian Island Tower! On July 31, 2024, Disney Vacation Development filed the sixth amendment to the declaration of Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. This officially declared inventory at the Island Tower into the Polynesian Villas & Bungalows condo association.
Based on the documents filed with the Orange County Comptroller, the declared units include 40 rooms on the first, second, third, seventh, and ninth floors of the Island Tower. Among the declared rooms are 9 Duo Studios, 14 Deluxe Studios, 4 One Bedroom Villas, 10 Two Bedroom Lock-off Villas, 1 Two Bedroom Villa, and 2 Two Bedroom Penthouse Villas.
Note that this staged approach to declared units is typical of DVC resort openings. As sales progress, additional units will be declared into the condo association and become available for DVC members to book using points. Any units that
