As Hurricane Milton approaches the west coast of Florida, it is anticipated to strengthen significantly before landfall. Currently classified as a tropical storm with sustained winds of 60 mph, Meteorological reports indicate the storm could become a Category 3 hurricane, packing winds of up to 120 mph as it moves through the Gulf of Mexico.
