Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States from August 26th, 2024, to September 1st 2024. There are four different charts: Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies, and a combined total chart.
20th Television’s “Prison Break” continues to hold on to the top of the Nielsen streaming chart following its recent release on Netflix. It is also available on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+. This highlights how the sheer number of Netflix subscribers can boost a show or film, even if it’s old, as audiences look for something to binge.
